Clinicians and administrative personnel are trained annually on privacy compliance, physical safeguards, and strict confidentiality protocols.
Virtual Telehealth Security: All video appointments utilize peer-to-peer encrypted telemedicine channels compliant with Washington State and Arizona State telehealth statutes and federal HIPAA security rules. Video sessions are never recorded.
